The Supreme Court had announced on Wednesday granted interim bail to Republic TV editor in chief Arnab Goswami who was arrested last week in connection with a 2018 abetment to suicide case. The Supreme Court had asked the high court to exercise their jurisdiction to uphold personal liberty. The bench that headed by Justice Chandrachud, granted by Arnab Goswami and two other accused interim bail at the rate 50,000. The bench was directed with the Commissioner of Police to ensure that the order is followed immediately. Harish Salve who was a Senior lawyer and a guide for Goswami, argued with the start of power to re-investigation was being wrongly used. We were well past with the FIR stage. The FIR was lodged on May 5, 2018, and after this news of investigated.
Re-investigation is wrongly used

The Supreme Court observed that Indian democracy is extraordinarily with a resilient and the Maharashtra government must also ignore all this Arnab’s taunt on the TV.
Justice Chandrachud said that, Whatever may be his ideology that makes least he also said he do not even watch his channel but if in this case constitutional court is do not interfere today we are travelling a path of destruction undeniably and he added that the points that can they deny personal liberty of a person on these allegations. They are seeing to be the case one after the other where HCs are not granting bail and failing to protect personal liberty of people has been added the court. Goswami and other two accuse Feroz Shaikh and Nitesh Sarda was arrested on November 4. They were produced by the court on the same day. The magistrate had refused to send them in police custody and remanded them in judicial custody till November 18.
