Riv created the TV anime Spirit Chronicles, which is based on the Japanese light novel series of the same name written by Yuri Kitayama. It is a work of isekai fiction. The drama is based on the life of Haruto Amakawa, a 20-year-old college student who died tragically in an automobile accident.

The show’s ratings and viewership were still high enough at the end of its first season to raise hopes that it would be revived for a second season, which did not materialize.
Release Date for Seirei Gensouki Season 2

Season 2 will be more focused on both Haruto’s and Rio’s lives, as opposed to the first season, which was more focused on Rio’s life. It’s possible that the mystery of why some people are transported to a parallel universe while others are not will be solved in the near future.

Seirei Gensouki Season 2 focuses on Haruto Amakawa and Rio’s experiences from Spirit Chronicles Season 1. Sadly, Haruto was killed in an automobile accident when he was just a young man from Japan. Rio has become an orphan in his dream world as a result of his mother’s untimely death in reality.
They’re connected because the two characters appear to be the same or have similar mentalities, which ties them together. As soon as Haruto’s personality and memories are revealed to Rio, he is assumed to be Haruto’s heir and successor.
We may see more of the two characters in Season 2 as they continue their search for answers. Rio’s previous instructor Celia Claire, as well as his contracted spirit Aishia, are both expected to return in Season 2.
A particular character, however, will be welcomed back by many fans who have expressed an interest in seeing him again. As Season 1 comes to a close, Rio encounters Haruto’s childhood friend Miharu Ayase, who has also been summoned from the present day.
