Storyline of POSE :

The plot revolves around the notorious and ruthless house mothers of New York’s underground ball culture, a phenomenon that initially emerged in the late 1980s. The third season of the show begins production in 1994. Blanca is juggling being a mother and a nurse’s aide, and the ballroom feels like a distant memory for her. She is unable to dance.

As AIDS becomes the leading cause of death for Americans between the ages of 25 and 44, Pray Tell is forced to deal with unexpected health issues. House Evangelista members are forced to confront their roots due to the rise and development of a new upstart house.
