The latest instalment of Marty and Wendy Byrde’s story has arrived on Netflix, but it is only half of season 4, as it is divided into parts 1 and 2. Ozark season 4, part 1 picks up where season 3 left off, with the brutal murder of lawyer Helen Pierce (Janet McTeer) in front of Marty (Jason Bateman) and his wife Wendy (Laura Linney).
It isn’t long before Marty and Wendy are attempting to negotiate a deal with drug kingpin Navarro for their freedom, which also means securing a difficult deal between Navarro and the FBI.
A number of complications emerge from the FBI, former Byrde employee Ruth Langmore (Julia Garner), and even within the Byrde family, setting up a dramatic season 4, part 2. And if Skylar Gaertner’s recent comments are any indication, we’re in for a real treat.
According to Gaertner, who plays Jonah Byrde on the show, the production team “pulls out all the stops with the finale.” “We’re so confident that everyone will pull it off perfectly,” he said. Release Date of Ozark Season 4 Part
Ozark season 4 part 2 will be available on Netflix UK on Friday, April 29th, 2022 at 8 a.m. GMT.After nearly a year of filming, the cast and crew completed the series in October 2021.
In an interview with Indie Wire, the show’s star and Emmy-winning director, Jason Bateman, revealed that production began in November 2020, with anti-virus precautions in place.

How Many Episodes Are There in Ozark’s Fourth Season?
Ozark season 4 has been divided into two parts, with 14 episodes scheduled to air in 2022.Ozark season 4 part 1 consists of seven episodes, with the remaining seven episodes set to air in April.
Chris Mundy, the showrunner, recently explained the decision to split up Season 4.”We always thought five [seasons] was the outside number,” he told The Wrap. We didn’t want to repeat ourselves, and we didn’t want the show to feel like it was continuing because it was a TV show that had to continue.”
So the real question has always been whether it should be four or five seasons. And then Netflix came up with the brilliant idea of saying, ‘We’ll do four, but we’ll make it long and split it this way,’ and it felt just right.”

Season 3 of Ozark Ending
Ozark season 3 managed to pack a lot of action into its 10-episode run, as we’ve come to expect from the drama.Marty was kidnapped by crime boss Omar Navarro (Felix Solis), and Wendy was forced to carry out a hit on her own brother in order to save the rest of her family from the cartel’s wrath.
Meanwhile, Ruth grew increasingly dissatisfied with her connection to the Byrdes throughout the season, eventually joining Darlene and agreeing to a deal with the KC Mob.

On Wednesday, February 23rd, 2022, the first trailer for Ozark Season 4 Part 2 was released. After the events of the first half of the season, an anguished Ruth Langmore seeks vengeance in the clip.
