Shia Labeouf’s Spouse, Mia Goth, Faces a Lawsuit From an Extra Regarding a Contentious Film
Mia Goth, the wife of Shia LaBeouf, is becoming even more controversial when an extra from her most recent film filed a lawsuit accusing her of maltreatment, including assault and battery.
James Hunter, an extra in the upcoming movie MaXXXine, has filed a lawsuit against Mia, director Ti West, and the production firm A24, according to court records obtained by In Touch.

“In the following scene, Mia purposefully kicked plaintiff in the head,” the lawsuit claims. Following the incident, [Mia] went into the plaintiff’s personal space in a restroom and challenged him to take action.”
James alleges that the kick caused severe pain and neck issues, and that a doctor diagnosed him with a concussion. He also talks about how painful it was to remove the fake blood. He is requesting damages totaling $500,000 for the alleged violence and unjust discharge.
Shia and Mia Have Both Been Charged With Violence
Goth and the other accused parties have refuted all accusations of misconduct, and the actress has asked a court in Los Angeles Superior Court to throw out any evidence against her.
Mia’s lawyer stated that if any of the allegations in the Complaint are true, which Mia denies, then every claim against Mia is invalid because James consented to and endorsed all actions or inactions that he now complains about. This statement indicates Mia’s resolve to defend herself.
