Tamron Latrise Hall was born in Luling, Texas, on September 16, 1970. Her mother, Mary Newton, and stepfather, Clarence Newton Sr., were her primary caregivers.

This group aims to end dating abuse and domestic violence via community education, supportive services, legal advocacy, and leadership development.
