Tenors Un Limited strikes chord with Laramie residents

A UK based group, Tenors Un Limited, travelled all the way to Wyoming to deliver its show, “The Rat Pack of Opera,” Saturday at the Laramie Civic Center. The group was doing a mini-tour through parts of Wyoming, Illinois, and Michigan.

Tenors Un Limited is comprised of Scott Ciscon, Paul Martin and Jem Sharples. Martin and Sharples are both UK natives while Ciscon is from Oak Lawn, Ill.

The group has been performing together for nine years. They have performed with Sting, Hayley Westenra, Lionel Ritchie, Daniel and Natasha Bedingfield, Beyoncé and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.

Tenors Un Limited incorporates more than just singing talent into its shows by involving the crowd, telling jokes between songs and singing while pacing the whole auditorium.

A large portion of the night was spent serenading different women in the crowd. Only one woman was lucky enough to be pulled up on stage with the group.
