Rarely in my movie-watching experiences do I give a movie a “five out of five stars” rating, but “Black Swan,” has accomplished telling a perfect tale combining range, emotion and excellent acting and more, deserves five stars.

Rep. Gay ‘owes apology’ for proposed Sharia bill PDF Print E-mail

Little has been written in the press about a very strange piece of legislation that was sponsored by Republican State House Representative Gerald Gay. The bill, titled “Sharia Law,” is short and to the point.

The bill proposes to “amend the Wyoming Constitution to require courts in this state to rely on federal and state laws when deciding cases and to forbid courts from considering international law or Sharia law when deciding cases.”

Surprise that Pack are favored in early Super Bowl lines PDF Print E-mail

The Green Bay Packers are favored by two and a half points right now over the Pittsburgh Steelers in this year’s Super Bowl, and that puzzles me. 

I’m rooting for the Packers, but I can’t believe that they are favored in this game.  Watching the championship weekend made me think that the Packers could get blown out. I have a case for both teams, but there’s plenty of time left for dissecting this game more than anyone should.
