James Daniel Maddison is an attacking midfielder for Premier League team Leicester City. He was born in England. It was in 2016 that Maddison moved to Norwich City from his previous club, Coventry City. He was on loan at Aberdeen for the 2016–17 season of the Scottish Premiership.

After joining the Coventry City youth team, Maddison was named to the club’s first team roster for the 2013–14 season. However, he did not make his debut with the club. In a 2-1 loss against Cardiff City in the League Cup in August 2014, he made his debut.
