According to two anonymous insiders who spoke to the author of Valentine Low’s new book “Courtiers: The Hidden Power Behind the Crown,” Meghan reportedly offered Harry an ultimatum about their relationship, prompting the prince to worry.

According to one of Low’s confidants, “She was saying, ‘If you don’t put out a statement confirming I’m your girlfriend, I’m going to break up with you,”

Apparently, Harry was “freaking out, shouting, ‘She’s going to dump me,'” as another person explained to the writer.

Which Conflicts Were They Facing?

Both Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, and Harry, the Duke, have been candid about the difficulties they have had in their relationship, particularly the conflict that arose as a result of their choice to reduce their involvement in royal duties and relocate to the United States.

Nevertheless, as a few of the commenters pointed out, there is no evidence to back this allegation. No media outlet, including the couple themselves, has claimed that Harry and Meghan are already divorced or that they have plans to split.

Does Any Evidence Suggest Their Divorce?

Independent fact-checking outlets such as PolitiFact and Check Your Fact have both reported that the allegation that Prince Harry and his wife Meghan are seeking a divorce is without foundation.

There has been no mention of Prince Harry and Meghan filing for divorce in any reputable news outlet or by any member of the royal family. The only social media profile that the couple maintains together is an Instagram account called @sussexroyal. On this page, there is no mention of a separation or divorce.

This assertion is stated in a post on Facebook that not only does not provide any evidence to support it but also contradicts itself. Although the post stated that the couple had signed divorce papers in the title of the video, the video itself states that there is no solid evidence to substantiate the allegation that they had done so.

“The signing of the divorce papers is just a rumor in the media,” the narrator of the video says. “The royal couple has yet to confirm. But experts say they may be hiding it or it will happen soon.”
