Beecham House Season 2 Release Date: Where Did They Shoot the Series?

Beecham House, a British historical drama on ITV, has been much missed by its devoted viewership. First announced in 2018, the show’s premiere episode hit screens in June of 2019. That means it’s been over two years since we got a new episode. Since then, the anticipation of Season 2 of Beecham House has only grown.

After the exciting conclusion of the first season, viewers were left wanting more of the historical drama. The show has not been allowed to come back on air since then.

The show paints a vivid image of ancient India and its inhabitants as they lived through several dynasties. The year 1785 for Beecham House’s timeline was while Delhi was still under Mughal dominion. The Beechams have just purchased a new home, and the story centres on their adjustment to it.

John Beecham, the patriarch, served in the East India Company and is a veteran. John plans to make the house his refuge from the world. What happens next, though, makes for a fascinating tale that unfolds throughout the first season. Six episodes made up Season 1. Will we see the shoe again next year? To find out, keep on reading!

Beecham House Season 2

What Will Be The Plot of Beecham House Season 2?

When Henrietta Beecham went to India, she brought Margaret Osborne with her. The news of her son’s first marriage shattered Henrietta’s aspirations of reuniting him with the Maharajah’s daughter. He became entangled in a complex plan involving the Emperor, French mercenaries, and his unfaithful old friend.

When the Emperor found out that John had been stealing from him, he threw him in jail. As it turned out, Samuel and Castillon had planned to frame John so that they could bring him back to England. Daniel informed John that the Prince was an accomplice, but he wouldn’t say who.

Samuel stabbed Castillon to hide his traces and then fled the scene to avoid prosecution. John proposed to Margaret near the Taj Mahal after selling the diamond. The wanted man, Samuel, kept a close check on the couple. Aside from the Beecham family, all of the guards and staff were also dead when they arrived at Beecham House.

Beecham House Season 2

Also, remember that at the end of the series finale, August the kid was taken by kidnappers. That means that by the time Season 2 of Beecham House airs, John will have exhausted all of his options in trying to win August back. It’s possible that he would have gone looking for Samuel’s kidnapper. Samuel was disappointed that John would not be returning to England.

The kidnapping would have been one of his many methods to get what he wanted from John and the Beechams. John, for one, was not about to give up so quickly. He would have fought courageously in Season 2 of Beecham House for August’s survival and for his own right to stay in India.
