Lil Nas X Chest Surgery: Did He Actually Get Breast Implants?

In spite of the fact that rapper Lil Nas X has been assuring his audience for a number of months that his first studio album will be out sooner rather than later, it appears that he has been concentrating on a number of other things as of late.

This past weekend, the performer of the internet sensation “Old Town Road” decided to go out and buy herself some breast implants because he “was bored.” The responses he got from his followers after he shared the news with them are genuinely legendary and certainly on pace with what one would expect from a rapper who is typically comedically inclined and who is generally open-minded.

Do we know for sure that Lil Nas X has breast implants, or is this the result of some intricate online hoax? This is what we currently know.

Did He Actually Get Breast Implants?

In the tweet that Lil Nas X published on Saturday, February 6, to his millions of followers through Twitter, the rapper provided two extremely revealing photographs of the claimed breast augmentation surgery that he got. Emoji stickers were used to conceal the most revealing aspects of the images.

After that, the rapper immediately replied to his own tweet, inviting followers to stream his most recent song “Call Me By Your Name.” This led many people to the conclusion that the post was shock marketing for his new musical project.

In addition to this, the clearly different colors of shading that can be seen in the photos were another element that was called out by many people in the replies to the tweet as another indication that the celebrity was merely using prosthetics to convince fans that he had actually undergone breast augmentation surgery.

How Did His Followers Respond?

To further mock the rapper, several of his followers made religious references in an attempt to discredit him for posting semi-lewd photographs.

The response from one user to Lil Nas X’s post was particularly pointed: “Satan just looking and laughing saying, ‘Yep, I got another one from you God. Told you they don’t love you or honor you. They honor me!’ Sadness….”

Naturally, Lil Nas didn’t allow that kind of heavy-handed comment go unanswered, responding to the user and further taunting them by saying things like, “Satan will never have these t*****s. these t*****s belong to god u loser,” much to the delight of his supporters.

There were many people who defended Lil Nas X’s claimed decision to get breast implants, for every person who was against it. There were even many who defended the operation, claiming they could see how it would improve the rapper’s appeal.

Regardless of how you feel about the choice or the marketing strategy as a whole, it’s obvious that Lil Nas is preparing to make a major impact with his upcoming full-length album. The artist, fresh off the massive success of his debut album 7, is sure to make waves once again with his new material.

Who is Lil Nas X?

Rapper and musician Lil Nas X was born on April 9, 1999. His breakthrough came when his country rap tune “Old Town Road” went viral in early 2019, then climbed the worldwide music charts, and eventually earned a diamond certification by November of the same year.

After 19 consecutive weeks at the top, “Old Town Road” set a new record for the longest reigning number-one single on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart, which first appeared in 1958. There were a few different remixes of the song, but the one that included country artist Billy Ray Cyrus the most was by far the most successful.

When Lil Nas X’s “Old Town Road” was at the top of the Hot 100, he came out as gay, making history as the first artist to do so while also having a number-one hit.

Lil Nas X came back from hiatus on March 16, 2022, and previewed a pair of songs from his “nearly finished” new album: “Late to da Party,” featuring YoungBoy Never Broke Again, and “Down Souf Hoes,” featuring Saucy Santana.  A clip of the song “Lean on My Body” was also provided for preview.

To clarify that “Late to da Party” was “not a lead single,” Lil Nas X said as much on Twitter after its release on June 24, 2022. “Something fun, something for the summer, something for the girls to get ready and party to,” Lil Nas X promised of the record.
