• Western Australia Aquarium

The Aquarium of Western Australia, also known as AQWA, is home to Australia’s most giant aquarium tank and is situated in a coastal suburb of Perth. The main aquarium tank is 3,000,000 liters (793,000 gallons) of seawater and measures 40 meters (130 ft) long by 20 meters (66 ft) wide.

A 98-meter (322-foot) underwater tunnel is included. Snorkelers and divers can pay to accompany the diving master of the Aquarium as they explore the main tank to get even closer to the fish, sharks, and rays.

• Aquarium of Genoa

One of the biggest aquariums in Europe was constructed in Genoa, Italy, for Expo 92. More than 6000 animals call the Aquarium’s 70 tanks home, which replicate marine and terrestrial environments from around the globe.

In some tanks, natural ecosystems from places like the Mediterranean, Red Sea, and the Indian Ocean are recreated. The ones that are home to sharks, dolphins, and seals are the most stunning.

• uShaka Marine World

 A theme park called uShaka Marine World is situated in Durban, South Africa. With 32 tanks, it has the most giant Aquarium in Africa. The Aquarium contains a variety of marine life, including everything from tiny seahorses to sharks and dolphins.

• L’Oceanografic

The L’Oceanogràfic marine complex features representations of various maritime environments. It is incorporated into a building complex called the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia, Spain. The Oceanographic holds more than 45,000 aquatic animals and has the most enormous aquarium tank in all of Europe.

They occupy nine underwater towers that are divided into two tiers to depict different marine ecologies. A 35-meter underwater tunnel connects two underwater towers, and the tank inside is home to sharks, rays, and 7 million liters (1,85 million gallons) of water.

• Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium

In Japan’s Ocean Expo Park, the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium was established in 2002. The Kuroshio Sea, the Aquarium’s main tank, has an acrylic glass panel that measures 8.2 by 22.5 meters (27 by 74 feet) and has a thickness of 60 centimeters (24 inches), making it the largest such panel in the world at the time the Aquarium opened. It holds 7,5 million liters (1,981,000 gallons) of water.

• Aquarium at Dubai Mall

The 20 billion dollar Burj Dubai structure in Dubai includes the Dubai Mall, one of the biggest shopping centers on earth. The enormous aquarium tank, which can hold 10 million liters (2,64 million gallons) of water, is the focal point of the shopping center. More than 33,000 living creatures, including more than 400 sharks and rays combined, may be found at the Aquarium.

It formally obtained the title of “Largest Acrylic Panel in the World” from Guinness World Records. The panel surpasses Japan’s Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium in size and thickness, measuring 8.3 by 32.88 meters (27 by 108 feet) and being 75 centimeters (30 inches) thick.

The shark-filled tank ruptured in February 2010, leading to a mall evacuation and momentary closure.

• Georgia Aquarium

The largest Aquarium in the world, the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta, is home to more than 100,000 marine animals. The Aquarium debuted in November 2005 and was mostly made possible by Bernie Marcus, co-founder of Home Depot, who donated $250 million.
