The Obi-Wan Kenobi TV series from Star Wars is finally coming to Disney+ exclusive, and fans can’t stop saying “Hello there!” Before it was formally confirmed, there had been rumors about a spin-off project that would initially take the shape of a film before evolving into a television series.

Who Are the Creators of the Series?

The Mandalorian’s two episodes were produced by Deborah Chow, who also oversaw the entire series. Joby Harold, whose screenwriting credentials include King Arthur: Legend of the Sword and Army of the Dead, has written programs.

When Are New Episodes of Obi-wan Kenobi Releasing?

It appears that the producers are doing all in their power to keep the details of their jobs a secret, so hopefully, some upcoming trailers will reveal who they are. There have been reports that Kumail Nanjiani would play an unidentified droid, continuing Lucasfilm’s recent practice of using comics to play droids in Star Wars films.

We are aware of a few special guests who will join Kenobi on his tour. The enigmatic Nyche would be portrayed by Marisé lvarez. The teaser film reveals that Indira Varma will portray Tia, an Imperial officer. Finally, Grant Feely’s portrayal of the youthful Luke Skywalker will give us a look inside his life. Luke may have started showing up frequently in many other works, but he will only appear in one edition of Obi-Wan Kenobi.
