A.I.C.O. Incarnation Season 2

What Is the Storyline of  A.I.C.O. Incarnation?

A major artificial life research project in the future goes horribly awry, which leads to an event that is referred to as the “Burst.” The story takes place in the future. This results in the manifestation of “Matter,” which is powered by AI, and it completely ruins the surface of the Kurobe Gorge.

The administration is so concerned about the disease’s potential for the further spread that they have decided to quarantine the whole affected area. A girl named Aiko Tachibana, who was 15 years old at the time of the occurrence, and who had lost both of her parents in the “Burst,” finds out how profoundly the incident may have affected her two years after it took place.

A transfer student by the name of Yuuya Kanazaki, who appears to have some sort of connection to the epicenter of the “Burst,” shows something remarkable about her body. In an effort to find out more information, the two of them make the decision to travel to the heart of the “Burst” with a group of experienced divers.

The cryptic puzzles that are still in front of them are going to be nothing short of transformative for them as individuals as a whole.

When Will A.I.C.O. Incarnation Season 2 Be Released?

Season 1 of ‘A.I.C.O Incarnation’ aired on Netflix on March 9, 2018. As such, it is not an adaptation of a manga or a light novel, but rather an entirely new plot. Since the show’s producers are no longer required to rely on any source material, they may not have a problem coming up with a new season.

As a Netflix Original, it’s much less probable that the anime will stop after just one season. In part, this is due to Netflix’s tie-ups with some of the best anime studios in the world. As a result, new episodes of the vast majority of classic anime will be released at some point in the future.

Because Studio Bones, unlike many other studios, creates more than one season of most of its anime, it’ll come as no surprise if the program is renewed shortly. Studio Bones is known for producing some fantastic anime series like “Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood” and “My Hero Academia.”

Who Is Expected to Return in Season 2?

It is possible that some new characters will be introduced in the next season of the show. The main cast of the show includes:

  • Aiko Tachibana

The show’s primary female heroine, Aiko Tachibana, suffers from severe trauma after losing her whole family in the “burst.” She begins going to the same high school as Yuuya after a while.

Yuuya revealing all of his secrets to her causes her life to change. Following her discovery of everything, she makes the decision to accompany Yuuya on his investigation into the circumstances surrounding the occurrence.

  • Yuuya Kanazaki

He makes his initial appearance in the series as a transfer student at Aiko Tachibana’s school and is referred to as the major male protagonist of the program.

In comparison to other schoolchildren, he is also said to be unusually aloof and adult. He meets Aiko later in the program and tells her the truth about the kind of effect the burst has had on him. Additionally, Yuuya has a very enigmatic character that is apparent right away.

  • Susumu Kurose

His involvement in the creation of the “Cell Assembler” technology made him one of the researchers at the Kiryu Biotech Research center. Later, he is in charge of a group of scientists working to prevent the “Matter” from leaving the Kurobe Gorge region.

Even when his colleagues are under extreme stress, he often maintains his composure and easygoing demeanor. Additionally, he is not afraid to take big chances in order to realize his true convictions.

What Are the Reviews of Season 1?

The sci-fi premise of A.I.C.O. Incarnation and the narrative built around it can be surprising, but the action scenes with Matter feel underwhelming, and the first half’s plodding story progression does little to impress or hold your interest.
