Plot
The plot of Season 12 continues from where it left off in the previous season, with Ramona Singer continuing her search for love after her divorce from Mario Singer, even though she was still on flirtatiously good terms with her ex-husband.
We also saw Tinsley Mortimer’s battle with her on-again, off-again lover Scott Kluth, during which she presented him with a marriage proposal as a last resort. In the earlier part of this year, Kluth popped the question to her, and there are rumors that he has asked Mortimer to either keep working on the show or relocate to Chicago to be with him. According to Yahoo, Mortimer stopped filming five weeks before the end of the season, and her departure will be the primary focus of the show going forward.
Cast
Recurring cast members Dorinda Medley, Tinsley Mortimer,r, and Luann de Lesseps are returning for Season 12 of RHONY. Bethenny Frankel has decided to leave the show.
This season welcomes a brand new housewife into the fold, and her name is Leah McSweeney. The woman who was born and raised in New York is the founder of the women’s streetwear business known as Married to the Mob. Her son Keir, also known as Kiki, is 12 years old. Bethenny Frankel, a former housewife, was instrumental in getting Leah placed on the show.
De Lesseps is completely blown away by her new co-star at this point. “She is quite stunning; in fact, she is rather lovely. “And what I appreciate about her is that she is self-made but at the same time vulnerable,” she remarked about the other person. During an appearance on Michelle Collins’s show, De Lesseps stated of McSweeney, “So I think people can identify with her.” McSweeney is also a guest.
Trailer
The preview for the upcoming season gives the impression that there will be a lot of exciting events to see, such as a housewife making out with her girlfriend and the housewife’s exciting trip to Mexico.
There are also quite a few epic moments with Sonja Morgan, including one in which she falls off a chair and another in which she is seen sitting butt naked in a cornfield while taking a piss. Both of these scenes are highly memorable. Oh, and Dorinda Medley has gone back to her drinking.
