Will There Be Another Season of As We See It? Is It Based on True Events?
As We See It is the only television program of which we require a significantly increased quantity. Will Prime Video provide us with the opportunity to watch the second season of As We See It?
There are now a lot of excellent television shows available to stream on Prime Video. One of the concerns with a significant portion of television programming in any location is the lack of diversity and inclusiveness. As We See It made a significant improvement to that issue.
The protagonists of the story are three roommates who each have a unique perspective on the world. They are all on the autistic spectrum, and this wasn’t a show that pretended to be included merely to make the audience feel better about itself. The three main actors all fall somewhere on the autistic spectrum as well.
It has received overwhelmingly positive feedback from a wide variety of sources. There is no question in my mind that we require more. So, what exactly is Amazon Prime Video up to?
What Is the Plot of As We See It?
The television show As We See It tells the story of three autistic housemates. They find a way to cohabit with one other while simultaneously achieving life goals that are similar to their own. It was Dana Idisis and Yuval Shafferman’s Israeli comedy-drama series On the Spectrum that inspired As We See It.
In the second season of the television series As We See It, it looks that there will be eight episodes, as in the previous season. It’s going to be intriguing to see what happens next.
The writers of the television show As We See It included Romi Barta, Ian Deitchman, Jason Katims, Kristin Rusk Robinson, Michelle Sam, and Jesikah Suggs. The director’s chair was shared by Jaffar Mahmood, Jenee LaMarque, and Jesse Peretz, who all worked together on the project.
Which Cast Members Are Likely to Return?
Rick Glassman portrays Jack, Sue Ann Pien portrays Violet, and Albert Rutecki portrays Harrison in the comedy series. Mandy is played by Sosie Bacon, while Van is played by Chris Pang, and Lou is played by Joe Mantegna.
In addition to Omar Maskati and Vella Lovell, who play Joel and Salena, respectively, Robby Carter portrays Austin, and Casey Mills plays Julian. If the show returns for a second season, we expect most of the primary cast members to return to their roles in the original series.
Will There Be Another Season of As We See It?
On January 21, 2022, Amazon Prime Video released the whole first season of the comedy-drama series. Season 2 of As We See It has yet to be officially confirmed by the platform. However, if the show is well-received, Amazon Prime Video may decide to bring it back for a second season.
As We See It Season 2 will not premiere until at least the early to mid-2023 window, regardless of if the show is renewed. Nevertheless, we can only speculate at this point and must await official word.
Showrunner Jason Katims said in an interview regarding the second season: “I believe, and I’m hoping that the show will have an audience. I would watch the show ongoing, beyond this season, and well beyond this season because I love these people and I wanna be in their world.”

Is It Based on True Events?
In part, “As We See It” is based on a true story. Dana Idisis and Yuval Shafferman’s Israeli television series “On the Spectrum” served as a source of inspiration for the series. An assisted living apartment with three people on the autistic spectrum has the same idea.
It was stated by Dana Idisis that the work was based on the experiences of her autistic younger brother Guy. While interviewing autistic persons, Dana learned about their aims, fears, and aspirations by talking with a variety of them. Now she wants to spread the word about what she learned.
