Prime Video subscribers will be able to watch The Legend of Vox Machina and the upcoming Critical Role series thanks to a collaborative effort between Amazon and the Critical Role crew.

Was Amazon right to take a chance on the second season of The Legend of Vox Machina? The following is a comprehensive guide.
The Legend of Vox Machina season 2: Release Date
Vox Machina’s Kickstarter campaign was launched in 2019, which has given the team time to begin working on season two of the animated series.
Because of the difficult circumstances that caused the premiere of season one to be postponed (due to the epidemic), we expect new episodes to begin airing sooner than you might imagine.
Season two could return to its original schedule if we’re extremely fortunate and get it before the end of the year. If not, January 2023 is the most likely date.
Who Will Be the Cast in Season 2?
Vex’ahlia “Vex” Vassar, played by Laura Bailey, is the main character. Vox Machina member and Vax’ildan’s identical twin sister. When Laura’s mother was slain by one of the creatures she investigated, she vowed to find it and bring it to justice. When a dragon is around, she has a dull ache in her skull.
As Percival “Percy”, Taliesin Jaffe appears. Whitestone, now a city in Tal’Dorei, was formerly the seat of his ancestors’ power. The Briarwood’s coup d’état nearly killed Taliesin. He’s now on the run from the killers who murdered his family, and he intends to exact revenge.
Vox Machina member Pike Trickfoot, a gnome, and cleric, is voiced by Ashley Johnson. Lord Sylas Briarwood was voiced by Matthew Mercer. Sylas takes on the role of self-appointed steward of Whitestone, Percy’s hometown. The de Rolo family had been murdered by him and his wife several years earlier.
Additionally, Matthew lends his voice to Vex’s bear friend Trinket, as well as Orthax, the shadow demon. Dragons killed his mother.
Vox Machina member Keyleth of the Air Ashari, a half-elf druid, is voiced by Marisha Ray. She also serves as leader of the Ashari trial. Scanlan Shorthalt, a gnome bard and Vox Machina member, is voiced by Sam Riegel.
For the second season, we may expect to see most of the original cast. Since the majority of the main characters will be returning, we can presume that they will be in the second season as well It’s also worth noting that some of the cast members voice multiple roles at the same time.
What Will Be the Plot of the Upcoming Season?
For those who enjoy dragons, season one of the series ended with a dramatic cliffhanger that wonderfully set up season two—especially for those who enjoy Critical Role’s initial D&D game.
After being brought before King Uriel Tal’Dorei, ruler of the Tal’Dorei Empire, Vox Machina was shocked to discover that Uriel was abdicating the throne to relinquish rule of the Empire to the Tal’Dorei Council, claiming Vox Machina’s teamwork inspired his choice.
Vex’ahlia’s ringing ears warned the group of an oncoming dragon, but it wasn’t long before Keyleth and King Uriel saw four of them charging toward them. Emon was about to be wiped out when the audience saw four dragons (each one more fearsome than the last) preparing to do battle.
Season two will begin right after the cliffhanger, dealing with the fallout from what is almost certainly going to be a bloody start to the next show.
What Is the Main Quest of the Multi-season?
When the Chroma Conclave first appeared at the conclusion of episode twelve, fans of Critical Role knew it would take more than one season to destroy them all, as eliminating each of them was an epic mission in and of itself.
Sadly, it is unlikely that viewers will witness Vox Machina face off against one of these dragons in season two due to the necessity of visiting Vasselheim to gather information and meet potential friends.
As a result, the rest of the plot can go without a hitch once Vasselheim has been dealt with and everything there has been established.
Toward the end of Vox Machina’s story, the original Dungeons and Dragons campaign will no longer need to be changed, and most Critical Role fans will recognize that point as when Vox Machina fully commits to stopping the Chroma Conclave and begins hunting for the vestiges of divergence, powerful.
With the plot described in Critical Role, there will be no need to wonder about where The Legend of Vox Machina will go after that. Everything will be as it should be. Then then, until bandits attack and everyone has to roll for initiative, everything should be ok.
