Danielle Peazer, an X-Factor dancer, became Payne’s girlfriend in 2010. This couple had been together since at least 2011. He began dating Sophia Smith, a childhood acquaintance, the following year and they remained together till 2015. He began dating Cheryl in 2016 after meeting through mutual friends.

Their son was born in March 2017 and they broke up in February of that year. Within weeks of this break-up with his ex-girlfriend, he began an affair with British model and actress Naomi Campbell.

He began dating model Maya Henry at the end of 2019, and the two announced their engagement in August of the following year (2020). After a year of being apart, they announced they were calling it quits, only to reunite later in the year of their split.
