Manga artist Ryoji Minagawa collaborated with writer Hiroshi Takashige to create the manga series Spriggan. Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine and Shonen Sunday Zkan serialized it from 1989 to 1996, with eleven tanks on volumes collecting the chapters.
With just three volumes of Striker serialized in Manga Vizion, Viz Media licensed the manga for North American distribution.

Spriggan Season 1: Release Date
After months of speculation, we now have official word that Spriggan will air on Netflix on Saturday, June 18th, 2022.

The abuse of power by a once-dominant civilization with superior technology has led to the abolition of that civilization. They did, however, leave behind messages for future generations in the form of indestructible plates.
The plates were written in ancient Hebrew and contained instructions on how to avoid repeating the mistakes of the past. In light of the immense potential these artifacts possessed, numerous militaries, forces, and armies began searching for them in order to gain an advantage, putting Earth’s future in jeopardy once more.
There is only one entity that can stop these criminal and selfish organizations, and that is ARCAM. To prevent the knowledge from falling into the wrong hands, Spriggan, one of their special force agents, will have to take action.
