Slippin’ Jimmy McGill’s journey to becoming Breaking Bad’s Saul Goodman is nearing its end with the upcoming sixth season of Better Call Saul.
Bob Odenkirk said, “I have extremely mixed feelings. Watching the show or me playing this character, I can’t help but want him to be a better version of himself and root for his success. However, I’m not convinced he’ll end up there.
“I think he’s a good guy. My opinion is that he’s got a lot of talent. He simply lacks the organizational skills to properly store them. Having played him for so long, I’m looking forward to exploring new roles.
Better Call Saul Season 6: Release Date
Season 6 of Better Call Saul will launch on AMC and AMC+ on April 18, 2022, with two back-to-back episodes. The show will premiere at 9 p.m. Seven episodes make up the first half of the series. It’s been set for July 11th, 2022, for the second half of the season to begin airing.
This season of Better Call Saul was originally intended to premiere on Netflix in the spring of 2021 when it was first announced. COVID-19 epidemic and subsequent limitations slowed down production of this product.

Throughout Seasons 1 through 5, Better Call Saul chronicles the fascinating past of Jimmy McGill, a small-time lawyer. He’s become Saul Goodman by Season 5, and he’s having to deal with the consequences of his new image in his personal life as well as the changes he’s undergone as a result.
A glimpse into Jimmy’s future has been given in every season prior, in which he flees to Omaha and takes the alias Gene Takavic to work at Cinnabon. As a result, the last season will almost certainly focus on Jimmy’s transformation into Gene.
In the Season 5 conclusion, Nacho’s plot to assassinate Lalo on his own estate in Mexico by teaming up with Gus seems to have failed. Lalo and Gus will almost certainly be on the lookout for Nacho, which means he may be in for a rough time.
