According to the latest teasers and rumors circulating around the MCU, Doctor Strange 2 is ready to take on the multiverse and a new foe.

Rumors suggest that Scarlet Witch will play a negative role in the film, implying that she would be the antagonist. Despite this, it doesn’t mean that Wanda will be killed off in the sequel.

Olsen’s contract with Marvel has also recently been renewed for another seven years, which suggests that the Scarlet Witch will continue on after the film’s conclusion.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness: Release Date

The US and most other areas will get to see Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness on May 6, 2022. However, Rolling Stone reports that the film will arrive in the UK a day early, on May 5th. On May 4, it will be available in South Korea as well as other European countries, according to the news source.

Why is Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness the shortest Marvel film?

Despite the fact that Doctor Strange is only ten minutes shorter than its predecessor, the blockbuster sequel will represent a watershed moment in MCU’s history. Since Captain Marvel, this is the shortest Marvel Studios film at two hours and six minutes in length.
