What Might the Plot of NCIS Season 19 Be?
NCIS doesn’t have any overarching plots as a police procedural. It primarily follows a crime-of-the-week format, with each episode introducing a new case for the team to solve. The team has had its fair share of adventures over the years, from dealing with drug smugglers to solving murder cases.
Because crime isn’t going away anytime soon, there are bound to be more stories to be told. The real question is whether Mark Harmon will return for Season 19. If he decides not to return, it will open up a whole new world of possibilities.
Someone else would have to take over, and the show could then focus on another character attempting to live up to the legacy Gibbs left behind. It’s understandable that things might become predictable after 18 seasons.
