All American Season 4: Premiere Date, Cast, Narrative and All You Need to Know
All American Season 4 is currently around the halfway point, which is fortunate given the amount of drama we’re currently dealing with.
All American is based on the true storey of professional American football player Spencer Paysinger. It follows Spencer James, a Compton high school student recruited to play football for Beverly High in Beverly Hills.
The CW’s teen sports drama has been so successful that a spin-off, All American: Homecoming, is also scheduled to premiere in the new year.
However, what is the status of the main show and when can we expect to see it return to our screens?
Everything you need to know about the future episodes is right here.
When Will All American Season 4 Premiere?
All American is currently on a midseason hiatus, with the show set to conclude in 2021 with the seventh episode of season four, Prom Night.
It will return to our television screens on Monday, February 21st, and will then air weekly.
Spencer was last seen arranging a drama-free prom with Olivia — but that’s obviously easier said than done.
The Crenshaw football team steals the state championship trophy from Beverly as a ‘parting gift,’ and rather to see his friends get into jail, Spencer rallies the group and returns it as a peace gesture.
Regrettably, this involves breaking into Beverly once more. While there, he discovers that their attempt to take the trophy by activating the school’s sprinkler system was directly responsible for Beverly’s prom being cancelled.
Rather to risk seeing his buddies get into jail if they are apprehended, Spencer eventually takes the fall and refuses to reveal their names.

What Will Happen in the Fourth Season of All American?
With graduation approaching, the second half of season four will follow Spencer as he attempts to graduate from high school somewhat unscathed. That will not be simple, given his involvement in the trophy steal and his refusal to snitch on any of the other participants.
In real life, Spencer Paysinger — the inspiration for the lead role – went on to play collegiate football at the University of Oregon. Whatever happens, it’s probable that we’ll be moving towards that next significant halt.
Additionally, creator Nkechi Okoro Carroll will continue to address other current events, such as the Black Lives Matter movement, which was featured in a season three special episode.

“You hope that what you’re doing makes a difference, and my intention for this episode was that it would help others realise the agony and that we’ve reached the point of no return,” Okoro Carroll said at the time (via Entertainment Weekly).
“However, I am unsure. Nothing seems to make a difference at times. I try not to be discouraged by this and to incorporate the actual truth into the programme, because we take pride in these characters authentically representing what it’s like to be a teenager, particularly a Black teenager, in contemporary America. And we hope it has an effect.”
We can only hope that if the subject is revisited in season four, it will not have the same unsettling timing. “I never imagined this episode would air days after another young Black boy was killed by a cop,” Okoro Carroll stated.
“I had no idea it would air immediately following the Derek Chauvin trial. I wasn’t expecting it to air immediately following Adam Toledo’s assassination. It’s going to feel as though I wrote it last week, which tears my heart since it indicates we haven’t achieved the progress I hoped for.”

When Can I Watch Trailer?
The forthcoming episode’s trailer is out above – and as you can see, there’s a lot going on in the fallout.
Spencer is eager and able to take the blame for his teammates, but is he committing a catastrophic error that could jeopardise his future?
Or will his family members reach out to him before it is too late?
All American is now airing on The CW in the United States and has not yet been released in the United Kingdom.
