One more curveball is thrown in our direction when the program decides to go on hiatus for a whole week, with only a brief mention on their official Twitter account that most people undoubtedly missed.

Tyler Perry’s hit television show, ‘The Haves and the Have Nots,’ has decided to take a break this Tuesday, September 29th, almost as if it were sweeping the earth beneath our feet away. Amid our ongoing fascination with the mystery surrounding Veronica Harrington’s (Angela Robinson) true intentions for her hunky boyfriend Benny Young (Tyler Lepley), the OWN show decides to go AWOL for an entire week with only a teeny tiny mention on their official Twitter account that most people probably overlooked.

Please don’t be concerned; we’ve got you covered when it comes to understanding why this hilarious cluster of acid trips is taking a vacation from its weekly schedule and when we can anticipate it to return with the upcoming Episode 17 of Season 7.

Back last week, just before the premiere of Episode 16 of this season’s Counting the Costs, the official Twitter account of the series sent an alert to its followers, writing: “There Will Be No #HAHN Episode Next Week Due to the Presidential Debate.” Many fans may have missed the alarm because it was sandwiched between a reminder that Episode 17 was about to begin and another tidbit about the image that was attached to the post.

We are certain that we did! As a result, you now understand why we are missing out on Queen V criticizing some more young women for their sex game — or lack thereof — while the man of her dreams — David — continues to have feelings for the stoic princess, Hanna Young (Crystal R Fox).

Episode 17, titled ‘No More Time,’ will now air on Tuesday, October 6, at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT. Although the official synopsis of the episode just teases “the lives and friends of the rich Cryer family and the people who serve them,” we can expect to see the fallout from Wyatt Cryer’s little misadventure with the Malone brothers. The episode will air on September 22nd on ABC.

Wyatt came dangerously near to death again, but he was able to escape because of his remarkable luck. Veronica, on the other hand, appears to be playing games with Benny, who is on the prowl for the man who raped his mother and is taking any leads that come his way — leading us to believe that she will continue to play games with him before revealing all the details about the man he is seeking that she, of course, has discovered.
