Is there a trailer for The Night Is Grey?

Developer Whalestork Interactive claims that The Night Is Grey incorporates modern storytelling techniques with traditional hand-drawn animation and fully animated backgrounds.

Graham is a man on the run from a band of odd wolves, and you take on the role of him. Graham comes across a lost girl while fleeing and makes an effort to assist her in finding her way to safety. You can see the trailer for The Night Is Grey right here:

Final Words

Whalestork Interactive creative director André Broa stated during the company’s presentation at the Summer Game Festival that The Night Is Grey would not be primarily focused on “pixel hunting” puzzles. It will instead blend old puzzling – think shifting pipes around and getting your hands filthy – with current ways to ensure that gamers are not frustrated or have a tough time keeping up. Eventually, Anna, the little girl Graham saves, will become a gameplay mechanic in her own right; you’ll have to progress from playing alone to carrying her and then having her assist you in solving puzzles.

The Night Is Grey

As the premiere date of The Night Is Grey draws closer, we’ll certainly learn more about the film’s plot. Considering the game isn’t scheduled to launch until 2021 and is currently only marked with the phrase “coming soon” we don’t know much about when we’ll be able to get our hands on it. The game will launch on PCs as well as Nintendo Switch and iOS devices when we do, however.
