Kathy, who is 62 years old, has always had a lavish lifestyle. Kathy is the richest cast member on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, with a net worth of over US$350 million. According to Screen Rant, Kathy’s participation fee will barely make a dent in her financial account, and she has publicly stated that she only did the season to spend time with her sister and fellow cast member, Kyle Richards.

“I’ve never felt more destitute in my life,” mega affluent co-star Sutton Stracke said when Kathy brought the RHOBH ladies to her US$53 million Bel Air estate.
“This home… Crystal Kung Minkoff, who lives “up the street” from the Hiltons, described it as “next level.” “Kathy’s court is generous,” she continued.
Kathy and Rick’s property portfolio, however, does not end there. They spent US$2.4 million for a seven-bedroom, three-acre (1.2-hectare) mansion in the Hamptons in 1999, which they rent out for upwards of US$400,000 during the summer seasons.
They paid $9.3 million in 2016 for a huge property in Bel Air, and $2.5 million in 2014 for a flat in New York City’s elite Pierre Hotel.

We got a glance of some of the goodies beneath Kathy’s Christmas tree on an episode of RHOBH, and the gifts were exactly as opulent as you’d expect. There were Baccarat and Dr Barbara Sturm branded boxes, as well as a Hermès box that Kathy’s dog Muffy was laying on.
Last but not least, she has an incredible wardrobe.
