In the addition to that, the government is also planning to its own self-reliance app store mandatory for Android phones.

To rival Google & Apple
Notably, the news has come forward when several technology entrepreneurs joined hands to the government to anchor and support the development of the Indian Digital App Ecosystem. This step will definitely be approached to rival major tech hubs like Google and Apple. Earlier this week, a meeting was organized to discuss the ways to introduce a large scale platform. In the meeting, local apps hosts also discussed to chain break the monopoly in today’s market. Other big figures also claimed official support to flourish the indigenous startups. It is still awaited to note the response of Apple and Google to respond.
In the upcoming plan of the Indian government for launching its own app store, several other groups are also working to synchronize with the administration. One of the groups includes various founders, like Paytm’s Vijay Shekhar Sharma, Yashish Dahiya of Policybazaar, and Murugavel Janakiraman of Matrimony.com. All these are a few popular online platforms in the country. They are also planning to regulate the country’s banking, including the finance ministry.
